Reflect, Release & Revive Short activity breaks based in the wonderful seaside town of Broadstairs in the Isle of Thanet. The activities cover arts and meditation. All courses are lead by professional people in the particular skill they are working. They are people whose work we know and people who inspire. The courses are not designed to simply teach you. They are designed to give you the chance to work with inspiring people, to take you away from your normal environment, to stimulate and give you an experience that lasts. Whilst you may or may not learn any technical skills the programmes are designed to give you the chance to reflect, release & revive yourself from within.
